We have a great array of speakers including representatives from Destination NSW and City of Sydney. We have a panel of Inbound Tour Operators to get us up to date in the post Covid19 climate and the attributes they see as essential from their Guides.
As well, John Pastorelli will be telling us how to improve our information delivery.
