We will discover four venues of the SYDNEY RESTAURANT GROUP: Jardin St James, Caffeine Cartel, Ripples Maritime Museum and the Fenwick, and we have prepared something for you in every one of them!

9am: Meet at Jardin St James, in the forecourt of Sydney’s oldest church, 173 King Street, Sydney. A representative will greet us and you will receive a coffee/tea of your choice. An opportunity to look at the crypt and enjoy the French café culture inspiration!
10am: 5 min walk to Caffeine Cartel, a small café in the heart of the CBD, 32 Martin place, for a pastry/muffin
10.45 am: 20 min walk to the Maritime Museum in Pyrmont
11.30 am: Ripples Maritime Museum, 2 Murray Street, Pyrmont. After a short presentation, we will share a sit-down light lunch with a juice/water, while enjoying the waterfront views of the City skyline.
After lunch, according to the weather, visit of the Maritime Museum or Darling Harbour.
Ferry ride from Pyrmont Wharf to Balmain East (15 min). At own expenses, bring your Opal card.
3.30 pm: the Fenwick, 2-8 Weston Street, Balmain East. A fabulous opportunity to discover this historic venue and enjoy its sweeping views of Sydney Harbour and the Harbour Bridge and to mingle with other members. A representative will meet us and hand over information about the eleven venues managed by the SRG with each restaurant’s characteristics and contacts for your future bookings. Here we will share cheese platters with a glass of sparkling wine!

Check our itinerary on the map. We will walk about 30 minutes on mostly flat surface. Then take the ferry. The day will conclude after the Fenwick stop. Participants will then choose to return by ferry or bus. Of course, there are nice pubs to discover in Balmain for the ones who want to linger longer!!!
