Botany field trip: learn about native plants and gum trees
We will learn how to identify and recognise native floras, in their natural environment in the Blue Mountains. Our guides Nathan and Jo, both IATG members, will take us on a 3-hour easy walk, before a picnic lunch, combining education and social activity. 2 PD
AND IT IS FREE!
Meeting at 10 am in the Lower Blue Mountains. Exact location to be announced shortly. Destination easily accessible by train or car. Bring your own picnic lunch. We will be close to a pub for more options.
Bring pen and paper for notes, comfortable and sturdy shoes, rain/sun gear as per forecast on the day.
