PRESENTERS
Anthony Haworth
General Manager of Captain Cook Cruises will give an update on how CCC is coping through COVID19 and what they have done to improve their offerings.
Simon Pitkethley
An accomplished Senior Health and Safety Manager at BridgeClimb, Sydney. He will give us an insight to how he and BridgeClimb are dealing with the new circumstances presented by the COVID19 reality.
Dr David Beirman
A senior lecturer at UTS in tourism management and other areas, David also has a vast travel and tourism business experience. He will focus on Tourism Resilience and COVID-19 recovery strategies.
James Coughlan
is responsible for the operations and products of the TUI Land Programs in Australia and New Zealand at Intercruises and TUI Destination Experiences. James is leading TUI Australia on the post Covid19 strategy where he is working together with his international clients, STO’s, transportation/tourism providers and global tech companies. Their aim is to have and show a competitive edge, through safe technologies and strategies, to create customer confidence in their products for a safe return to the region.
Bruce Elder
From Aussie Towns website. Bruce will speak on ‘How to make every tour interesting with Aussie Towns’. He will focus on the vast amount of information from his website and daily Facebook page revealing how IATG guides can use these valuable resources to their advantage.
