Hyde Park: A Storyteller's Tour
Join us for a special walking tour led by our very own Jo Henwood, who will share selected stories from the rich tapestry of history that defines Sydney's first public park.
From St James to Museum, discover how the two blocks of Hyde Park have witnessed an extraordinary range of historical events and social change. Along the way, hear stories of the surrounding buildings, colourful characters, hidden details and monuments that many people pass without noticing.
This is more than a walk through a park — it's an opportunity to explore the layers of history, storytelling and interpretation that bring Hyde Park to life.
This tour is a wonderful companion to our Guiding with Confidence: Research, Story & Delivery workshop, showcasing how research and storytelling come together to reveal the hidden stories, characters and connections that bring a place to life.
