An exclusive invitation from BridgeClimb Sydney for a FAMIL session for IATG members.

BridgeClimb would be delighted to welcome our members to a behind-the-scenes experience designed to give you a complete understanding of the guest journey — from arrival through to departure.

During the session, the BridgeClimb team will guide you through:

• Arrival process and check-in at Base
• Safety requirements and guest preparation
• What guests can expect during the Climb experience
• Accessibility and important guest considerations
• Post-Climb inclusions and retail options
• Practical tips to help you confidently brief and prepare your guests
• An opportunity for questions and discussion

The aim of this session is to ensure you feel well equipped to answer questions, set clear expectations, and enhance your guests’ experience before they even arrive.

BridgeClimb recognises the important role tour guides play in shaping visitors’ experiences and looks forward to connecting with IATG members and sharing insights into this iconic Sydney experience.

Cost:  $5 Professional /$10 Affiliates, Students and Volunteers
