Join us on an Industry Famil of Sydney Fish Market especially designed for IATG. A seafood educator will take you on a journey through Australia’s world-class new seafood hub and dive into the fascinating journey from ocean to plate.
See where the tour bus drop-off/parking and access points are. Learn about the new building’s spectacular design features as you wander the site.
You’ll also come away with an understanding of the Fish Market’s history and a better understanding of where the seafood you love comes from and how it’s caught.
Visit the bustling commercial fishing wharves, stand in the iconic auction stands, and discover what it really means to be a fishmonger. Learn about the various visitor experience programs so you are informed to recommend experiences to your visitors.
